Art Academy of Latvia, Department of Sculpture (Master of Arts.)
College of Applied Arts of Riga, Wood Sculpture Department.
For several years I was a director at the Folk Sculpture Studio at the Guild preparing students for entry exams at the Art Academy of Latvia.

1985 The bronze monument for the World War II victims in Kuldiga.
WORK EXPERIENCE:

AWARDS:
2012 The 1st prize in the competition The Road of Christmas Tree, organized by Riga City Hall
2010 Riga Design’s Annual Award.
2005 The 1st prize in the project competition – sculptures for children, in Reņķa Garden, Ventspils. Architect A. Šteimane.
2004 The 1st prize in the project competition Sculpture in the Big Square, Ventspils. Architect Andris Kronbergs. Glass artist Agris Butelis.
1998 The 1st prize in the project competition- fountain in Ventspils. Architect bureau Arhis.
INTERESTS:
I enjoy eco-gardening.
The work of Eckhart Tolle has influenced me profoundly.
I learn to distance myself from my Ego that allows me to be more free, happy and creative.
